2026 MOE FAS APPLICATION
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to Singaporean students who need financial assistance.
2. The 2026 MOE FAS is now open for application.
3. MOE FAS Income Criterion :

4. Onboarding to Household means Eligibility System (HOMES)
MOE will be onboarding HOMES for means-testing of financial assistance from the 2026 application cycle. This will streamline the application and means-testing processes, as most parents will no longer be required to submit supporting documents, thus making the application process more convenient.

Hardcopy Application
Parents can obtain the hard copy Application forms from the General Office or submit using the QR code below.
6. Exceptions
If a student is a ComCare recipient, he/she does not need to submit the application for MOE FAS as MOE FAS will be auto-granted to ComCare beneficiaries.
